Charlie: Male 2 years old

Charlie was neglected and crated by his previous owner upwards of 16 hrs. each and every day of his young life! Needless to say, he would prefer not to be crated much anymore. He’s a little hesitant now, rightfully so. But he’s enjoying his new found freedom and relishing simple pleasures like walks. Charlie needs someone who can quickly warm his heart and shower him with quality time. He’s a keeper; you’ll be head over heels.

Foster Update: 6/6/12

Charlie has done very well in his foster home. He gets along very well with his foster brothers and seems very at ease around them. He follows basic cues of sit, down, giving his paw, and is working very hard on the wait command. He loves to go for walks and is friendly to others that we meet on our walks. He is still working on leash manners but is not difficult to walk. He enjoys the attention of people he meets. He seems to enjoy being brushed and comes quickly whenever the brushes come out. He has a fun personality, loves to play ball, frisbee, and wants to be around his person every chance he gets.

Charlie needs to have a fenced environment and would benefit with some obedience training.
