Adopted!

My Special Sponsors:   - "You've got it made now that you're a G.R.I.N.
                                        dog!" Paws up, Sonny Gole
                                      -  The Buckley Family

Sonney: Male 7 years old

For an almost 7-year-old, Sonney has tons of energy.  A potential adopter may think he’s going to rest the day away, but they’d be wrong!  Trevor needs exercise and fun distractions, perhaps a sport like agility or even swimming classes.  He is very social so group activities will be pleasurable for Sonney and his new owner!   He’s affectionate and friendly; lots of playtime is just the ticket for this handsome Golden!

Foster Update: 11/21/11

Sonny...what a great guy, and his disposition... let's just say that his name could be spelled Sunny and it would fit perfectly!  He just makes us smile!  He's a happy, handsome gentleman with wonderful manners.  He was somewhat overwhelmed by the two resident Golden's, but is learning that a couple of friends to play with can be a lot of fun. He loves to snuggle and follows both of his foster parents around the house. He doesn't get on furniture...even when invited. Sonny pulls when walking on a leash, but is working on it.  Did we mentioned that he LOVES tennis balls?!  He has taken every ball out of the toy box, 11 in total!  He smells them, picks out his favorite one and drops it so you can play with him. He will bring it back to you as many times as you will throw it! He loves to run in the yard, but will come as soon as you call him.  This guy has a lot of energy and is a very active, agile boy.  He will make a wonderful addition to a family and what a lucky family that will be!

Remember Me

Bella

Remember Me? Bella

Hi my name is Bella and I asked my mom to send some pictures to you. I am having a great time and love my new home and my new mom. I have been learning how to sit/stay, down/stay, come, off, leave it, walk on the leash, jump, touch, retrieve my ball, and lots more. This learning is fun but I still have trouble remembering it all the time.

I know I will get better it just takes practice. This weekend mom says I am going to learn how to stay in my yard. Then I will be able to run around and chase the ball without having a leash on. I am really good at barking and letting mom know I have to go outside. That's good, cause I get to enjoy the fresh air each time. I also have met my best friend Obie.
