Cooper: Male 5 years old

Hi gang, my name is Cooper, but you can call me Coop if you prefer.  I am a big, goofy guy…and I love people - hey, there’s more of me to love!  My mom had to move into an apartment so I am looking for a new home.  I promise you will love me...almost as much as I know I will adore you!

Foster Update 06-25-2009:

Cooper is a great big teddy bear.  Everyone loves Cooper and he loves everyone!  He loves to come up and push his head into his foster family for cuddles and has the signature golden lean move in his repertoire.  Cooper does jump for attention and when he gets excited, but is getting better with all four on the floor. He is very gentle though even when he jumps despite his size.  Cooper walks well on a leash and listens very well, with the exception of sitting!  Cooper will need obedience classes with his new family to continue to work on his manners, but is a very quick learner!  Cooper really enjoys just being in the same room as people and loves to lay his head in your lap.  The only real negative quality about him is he drools…especially when he is excited!  But he has the most wonderful eyes and is just impossible to resist when he gives you his "please" look.  He will make great edition to his furever home!

Cooper would benefit with some obedience training.
