Monday night, August 23, 2010, we made the difficult decision to put Angel down.
In the last 36 hours the lymph nodes in her neck had begun swelling. Monday evening they got to the point that Angel’s breathing and swallowing was becoming labored. We knew it was only going to get worse, so we did the only thing we could do to relieve her suffering.
As her name implies, she was Heaven sent. A year ago we weren’t looking to foster a female special needs dog, but she was looking for us. We were blessed to have known her and will cherish her sweet smile and gentle ways. Thank you for everything Girl. Love always Mom, Dad and your 3 Golden Boys.
