kasey  To Sponsor A Golden

Many of our rescued Goldens need extensive medical care and a sponsorship is way in which you can help. They often need treatment for diseases or ailments such as heartworms, pneumonia, and malnutrition, just to name a few. It is not unusual for medical expenses, especially for seniors, to mount to several hundreds of dollars, a few even into the thousands. All of our G.R.I.N. dogs are available for sponsorship to help defray the costs of their care while in our program.  This is also a great way to help if you cannot foster a dog but would still like to help in another way directly involving a Golden.

How to Sponsor a Golden

You can become a "Golden Guardian" and sponsor any of our current goldens in your name or in honor or memory of someone else, you just need to list it as such with your donation.  A golden can be sponsored for any amount as a one-time donation or a monthly for any amount.  (Sorry, we cannot offer billing services.)    Once your donation is received, you will be sent a receipt with a sponsorship card showing the G.R.I.N. golden you are sponsoring and the sponsors name (or the designated name you list) will go below the goldens name on our website.  It's a great way to personalize your donation and know that you've helped a specific golden.   We urge you to follow you golden as we find them a new forever home.  There will be updates posted and some of our goldens can be seen on a You Tube video to help show off their skills!  Once your golden is adopted, you will be one of the first to know with a personalized "I've been Adopted" card!  We encourage you to support this program and be a special part of a golden's new beginning.  And as with all donations to G.R.I.N., all sponsorship donations are fully tax deductible.

To sponsor your golden, please send your personal check to:  G.R.I.N. Treasurer, Golden Retrievers In Need Rescue Service, P.O. Box 24365, Cleveland, OH 44124.  Or if you prefer to use your debit or credit card, you can send your payment conveniently and securely through the PayPal link below. Be sure to include the name of the golden you're sponsoring and your mailing address for your receipt.  If the sponsorship is for someone else, please list their name and address so a sponsorship card can be sent to them and how exactly you would like your sponorship listed.  If you have any questions regarding sponsorships, please e-mail the treasurer.

G.R.I.N. is a non-profit organization, we rely solely on the generosity of kind and giving people like you! We're registered with a 501(c)(3) status so all of your donations, including sponsorships, are tax-deductible.  Thank you for your generosity!

Remember Me

Remember Me? Bella

Hi my name is Bella and I asked my mom to send some pictures to you. I am having a great time and love my new home and my new mom. I have been learning how to sit/stay, down/stay, come, off, leave it, walk on the leash, jump, touch, retrieve my ball, and lots more. This learning is fun but I still have trouble remembering it all the time.

I know I will get better it just takes practice. This weekend mom says I am going to learn how to stay in my yard. Then I will be able to run around and chase the ball without having a leash on. I am really good at barking and letting mom know I have to go outside. That's good, cause I get to enjoy the fresh air each time. I also have met my best friend Obie.
