G.R.I.N.'s 2010 Golden Gala - Volunteers Needed!

As the weather begins to get colder, now is the perfect time to start planning a Hawaiian getaway! Next year's Golden Gala is Saturday, October 23rd and will have a Hawaiian Luau theme. In order to have a great event that all of us now enjoy, we are in need of volunteers in many areas (see below). Being on the Gala committee will not take up a lot of your time, in fact, it is a great way to meet other G.R.I.N. volunteers while helping out with our biggest fundraising event of the year.
If you can't volunteer on the Gala committee; donations of Hawaiian or Tropical decorations such as: fake palm trees, bamboo, grass or straw skirting, hawaiian leis, seashells, etc. are greatly appreciated. As always, large baskets are needed for all of the auction prizes. If you would like to be on the 2010 Golden Gala committee, please e-mail director@grinrescue.org for information on how you can help. Gala committee meetings times and volunteer teams are listed below.

 

There are four ways you can volunteer on the Gala Committee:

  • Donations/Sponsorships Team
  • Gift Wrapping/Decorations Team
  • Facility/Event Team
  • Raffle/Auctions/Ticket Team

2010 Golden Gala: Meeting Schedule

  • January 16th, 11 AM - 1 PM
  • March 20th, 11 AM - 1 PM
  • May 15th, 11 AM - 1 PM
  • August 28th, 11 AM - 1 PM
  • October 2nd, 10 AM - 5 PM (Gift Packing)
