Our 6th Annual Golden Gala plans are well under way!  The event on Saturday, October 23rd is our largest fundraising event of the year and we are still accepting Sponsorships and in need of many item Donations to make this year's event another great success! SPONSORSHIPS: Three levels of sponsorships for the gala are being offered this year:

GOLDEN GALA PATRON - $500 Donation (PLEASE SEE THE SPONSOR SECTION BELOW)
• Company logo/name on all our print materials (includes invites, flyers, tickets, event program)
• Company logo/name on the G.R.I.N. website (3500+ hits each day)
• Company logo/name and short bio on you or your company in at least (2) G.R.I.N. newsletters
(bi-monthly newsletter goes to 600+ members)
• Company name to be included in event press release
• Opportunity to coupon or sample at the event
• Signage minimum of (2) at the event including on table tents (we will provide for you)
• (4) complimentary tickets to the event ($180 value )
• Participation in a tax-deductible cause (a portion of this sponsorship may be tax deductible,
please consult your tax professional)

SILVER GALA PATRON - $250 Donation (PLEASE SEE THE SPONSOR SECTION BELOW)
• Company logo/name on selected print materials including acknowledgement in our bi- monthly
newsletter and event program.
• Company logo/name on the G.R.I.N. website (3500+ hits each day)
• Signage minimum of (2) table tents on dining tables (we will provide for you)
• (2) complimentary tickets to the event ($90 value )
• Participation in a tax-deductible cause (a portion of this sponsorship may be tax deductible, please
consult your tax professional)

BRONZE GALA PATRON - $100 donation(CAN YOU HELP US BY BECOMING A BRONZE PATRON)
• Company logo/name on selected print materials including acknowledgement in our bi- monthly
newsletter and event program.
• Company logo/name on the G.R.I.N. website (3500+ hits each day)
• Participation in a tax-deductible cause (entire amount is tax deductible, please consult your tax professional)

DONATIONS:

We are in need of many items so please take a minute to check out the "Items Needed" below. If you are able to donate any item, cash or gift cards toward any item, please contact us! With your help, this event will be a huge success and we will raise the funds we need to continue our work in golden retriever rescue! For those of you who have given us donations or made commitments for donations already, we thank you! We hope to have a wonderful variety of items this year both for the dogs and also our "people" guests. After checking the needed list below, if you can help with any item to donate, please email Matt Craggs at gala@grinrescue.org to arrange a pickup of your item or bring to any membership meeting or G.R.I.N. event. Please be sure to include your phone number and the best time to contact you for pickup. Last year, the event earned over $30,000 for our goldens, and with your help, we can and will at the very least match that number this year. From all of the G.R.I.N. goldens you help us save, we thank you for your help! All donations to the Gala are 100% tax deductible (as always, please consult your tax advisor).
