October 18th...Do YOU have your calendar marked yet? If not, what are you waiting for!! This is one event that you won't want to miss and we don't want you to be left out.
G.R.I.N.'s 4th Annual Golden Gala will be held on Saturday, October 18th at Birchwood Party Center in Walton Hills, just off of Rt. 8 across from Northfield Race Track. Tickets for the event will go on sale June 1 and will be $40.00 per person if purchased before September 1st, $45.00 after that date or until the event is sold out. We have a limited number of tickets available so please get your tickets early! Tickets can be purchased from any committee member, board member, website or by mail. The committee has been busy to say the least. Our menu has been set to include a 3-course entrée buffet and includes an assorted salad and dessert bar that you won't want to miss. Who doesn't love to eat!
The committee is asking for help this year from our membership with in-kind donations for the event. Maybe you work for or own a business that can help us with silent auction or service donation--we'd love to hear from you! Or if you have an item you would like to donate, please feel free to contact our donation coordinator, Pam B. with your donation or contact information and we will arrange to pick it up. Our goal this year is to net over $25,000 from the GALA and with your help, it can be done!
Table Sponsorships again will be offered for a donation of $500 and will include 4 event tickets, signage at the event, literature distribution and name recognition in all promotional materials. The committee is also excited to announce the option of a Gala Patron sponsorship with a donation of $250 which will include 2 tickets to the event and recognition on our program and at the event.
