Dear G.R.I.N.,

I am writting to let you know that our dear Woody crossed the Rainbow Bridge on March 27, 2009.   He was a lovable clown and we miss him very much.  I talked to Chris back in early March when we thought Woody had a hermangiosarcoma.  It turned out to be a histiocytic sarcoma originating in the liver or pancreas. But Woody amazed us in his last weeks.  Even though he had stopped eating all together, he led us to the lake to swim on four different occasions.  We had just planned to walk around the block, but he had a different idea!  Thanks to G.R.I.N. for allowing us to be Woody's forever home.  Thanks as well for all of your support and to Linda who left a touching message on my cell phone.
