Adopted!

Carlton: Male 8 years old

Are you looking for a sweet, older golden that needs a second chance?  Carlton has been seriously neglected, probably left outdoors most of the time, and when his owners did not want him anymore, they dumped him during the night at a pound.  Despite this, Carlton is as gentle and kind as he can be.  He has such bad flea dermatitis that he lost a great deal of his fur.    We can’t wait to see how handsome he will be once his fur grows back in – in a couple of months you will not know this is the same dog.  Carlton is so very happy that G.R.I.N. showed up…he’s waiting for you to adopt him and turn his life around.  You will love this Golden, promise.

Foster Update: 2/16/10

Carlton is just an all around sweet senior boy!  His skin is much improved and he looks beautiful after his day at the spa and a good grooming.  He loves to carry things in his mouth and is always up for a good game of fetch!  He enjoys looking around outside and at first was a little leery of cars and trucks, but has enjoyed his car rides.  Carlton goes for daily walks and enjoys himself greatly.  If you are looking for a super senior…look no further!
