On Thursday, September 2, we lost our beloved Duke who was truly treasured by our family and anyone who met him.

Duke came to us 5 years ago and was 3 years old at the time.  From the minute he came to our home, we knew he was special.  Duke was very smart and laid back.  All he ever wanted was to please our family, and we knew he appreciated us from the very start.  He went over the Rainbow Bridge sooner than we expected...... he was diagnosed with a stomach tumor, and when he went into surgery, he had paritinitis which was caused by a hole in his colon.

Our family cannot thank G.R.I.N. enough for giving us 5 cherished years with him.  He was very special.............he was the dog of the neighborhood.  He never did anything wrong and did everything you told him to do.  He was simply the perfect dog and will be truly missed by all.  We will be back.....

Remember Me

Remember Me? Bella

Hi my name is Bella and I asked my mom to send some pictures to you. I am having a great time and love my new home and my new mom. I have been learning how to sit/stay, down/stay, come, off, leave it, walk on the leash, jump, touch, retrieve my ball, and lots more. This learning is fun but I still have trouble remembering it all the time.

I know I will get better it just takes practice. This weekend mom says I am going to learn how to stay in my yard. Then I will be able to run around and chase the ball without having a leash on. I am really good at barking and letting mom know I have to go outside. That's good, cause I get to enjoy the fresh air each time. I also have met my best friend Obie.
